Start an Online Return
Log into our returns portal using your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
